TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) No cancellations / refunds / change of items once order has been confirmed!!!

2) Kindly deposit the full amount stated in the confirmation email via cash deposit or online transfer. Email us the transaction code, date and amount after depositing payment.

3) After 24 hours of reservation, if no payment has been received, items are automatically up for grabs again but PRIORITY will be given to the fastest payment!!!

4) Item availability depends on the market. Check PrettyPlump often to get latest details.

5) All items are subject to availability. We will inform you via email as soon as possible if the goods you ordered are not available

6) All goods are sold in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

7) All prices stated are EXCLUSIVE of postage charges; the customers need to bear all postage charges

8) Payment is required within 1 days from our confirmation email to you. After 1 day reservation, if no payment has been received, items are automatically up for grabs again

9) PP follows the 'First Come First Serve' rule. Priority goes to the fastest payment

10) PP will make sure that all items are in perfect condition before sending them out to our customers. And will not be held responsible for any damages or losses during delivery

11) No BACK OUTS! Serious Buyer only!

12) Shipping method is as stated only. We accept International Shipping upon request.

13)Posting is weekly on either Thursdays or Saturdays with or when stock available!

- RM 6 for Normal pos

- RM 8 for POS LAJU

Additional RM 2 for extra item.

EAST MALAYSIA

- RM 10 for Normal Pos

- RM 12 for POS LAJU

additional RM 2 for extra item

INTERNATIONAL

-USD 8 for REGISTERED MAIL which might take 4 weeks.
